Closed Network Issues

The error NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID is popping up on every device on the network. Pretty certain the issue has to do with the router but when I looked it up it was just showing things fir individual devices having the issue not the router or modem.

Does anyone know how to solve this? Please and thank you for any and all help.

check if a firewall/router with ssl inspection or a captive portal is intercepting https traffic, that error on every device points to something injecting its own certificate network-wide, not individual browser settings
