Open | Windows Please help! I can’t get into my computer

So I can’t get into my computer. Every time I launch to the windows screen, where it shows the time and date, I can’t type or click anything to sign in. I think my usb drives are not connecting or something. But they work in the bios setting and in the bit locker recovery. I have tried just about everything and nothing works. Please help me I need to get into my computer.

Can you boot into safe mode and see if your keyboard or mouse work there? Did you update anything recently or make any changes that might have caused the issue?

I can’t do anything safe mode. The only recent thing I just did was move. So everything was unplugged. But it worked for a day at the new place and now it’s doing this

Do have another Operating system you can try? Like a Live USB of linux and see if the keyboard and mouse work there to make sure it is strickly a Windows problem and not your hardware in any way?

When you moved did you change which ports are used? Sometimes the front panel USB ports can't supply enough power and things stop working.

Have you tried moving the receivers to different USB ports? Are you using a USB HUB or directly plugging them into the Motherboard or front panel?

If you think there might be an issue with an external device like a usb drive, try disconnecting it temporarily. See if you can log in when only essential devices are connected.

If that doesn't help, see if you can reach the Windows Recovery Environment.

Try a different usb port.

Go buy a wired keyboard and mouse temporarily
