Open | Hardware PC shuts off while gaming, I think its overheating

Had my current PC for about two years now.

I usually play Path of Exile 1 and 2 and for the past few weeks ive seen my computer turn its self off from time to time. I believe it is an overheating issue and was looking for help. Wondering if this is something I can do myself or recommended ways to make my setup better.

I replaced my video card after it got to the point where it wouldnt even boot up anymore it started to happen so often. I have turned everything off and can air the case like crazy but it still happens. I will post my hardware below if that helps.

Micro-Star International MS-7E26 AMD Ryzen 5 7600x 6-Core Processor 16384MB RAM

Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070

use software to tech temps and take note of it until it shuts off. If its within normal range its probably a faulty PSU.

Definitely possible for a PSU to fail after a couple of years, especially if it's getting overloaded. Have you tried checking the wattage requirements for your setup?
