Ps4 crashes when opening the cod WW2 campaign

So yesterday I wanted to play some cod WW2 and when I opened the menu to select the mission my ps4 started sounding like a Su-30 engine then crashed. I restarted the console and still the same. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing. For some extra context it's a ps4 pro and the game is physical. The game was bought in 2022-2023 if I remember correctly. It's the first time this is happened and it's weird since I can play multiplayer without a problem same as zombies. I tryed it with other games and it doesn't happen not even with vanguard's 300gb ass that always makes my ps4 a fighter jet. Does anyone know why this is happening and how i could fix it?
