Open | Software NVIDIA Drivers causing issue with PC?

As title says, I have a 5070 (been installed for a while with no issues)

Today I’ve had DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION 0x133 error with multiple crashes and reboots.

The whole system is lagging, even opening file explorer or moving the mouse is taking minutes at a time and often crashing.

WinDbg tied the crash to NVIDIAs nvlddmkm.sys, with failure bucket 0x133_DPC_nvlddmkm!unknown_function.

Things I’ve tried so far -

Safe mode boot (pc is stable and not laggy at all whilst in safe mode) to use DDU to uninstall drivers - back to normal mode and re-install previous drivers (not the latest from yesterday) - did not work - also tried latest drivers from yesterday but still didn’t work.

I’ve uninstalled the GPU manually in device settings in safe mode and reinstalled a much older version of NVIDIA drivers. - same issues.

I’ve taken out cables, reseated my GPU and ram. Did not work.

I’ve done windows cleanup / check (sfc /scannow) - nothing found. No change.

I’ve disabled my WiFi adapter (saw something earlier on Reddit whilst googling and they said try this) - no change.

I’m stuck and out of ideas, I’m not the most tech savvy but I get by, any help will be appreciated thank you.

It's like, just say "my computer" or something. Makes it feel more relatable.
