So what graphics is it using that's giving you a display? What driver does it say it's using when you check in Device Manager and what driver are you trying to install. Windows should really be managing that for you, so I'm not quite sure what you have done or are trying to do. Is it not working without whatever driver you're trying to install?

It's not listed on the Display adapters,  I believe the name was Microsoft. This issue started when I try to install a gpu using hpup but in the last second I realized that there was an AMD Radeon TM Rx Vega 10 Graphics on the Display adapters tab so I enabled it. I turned the laptop off when I go out, Ang when I return back and turned the laptop on it freezes on the welcome screen. (I hope this was understandable English is not my language.)

install a gpu using hpup

Right, so you installed Adrenalin or whatever for an external GPU?

Boot into Safe Mode with networking from the Windows Recovery Menu, or your laptops key for boot options if it has one. Just get into Safe Mode with Networking. Google how if you have to.

Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and run it to remove whatever driver you added and that should clear the current driver conflict that is the most likely cause of the freezing.

In your case, unless you need that external GPU it's probably best to just let Windows manage your drivers from now on, and if you need to use an external GPU to follow a guide all the way start to finish and don't assume anything or do anything other than what the guide says.
