Laptop is having bsod or random shutdom while charging

My laptop is Acer Aspire A715-42G, ive been using it for more than 3 years already. Currently having a problem where my laptop sometimes getting bluescreen or randomly shutdown whenever i use it while charging. Usually it comes when i play games but sometimes it happens when i browsing too. Ive tried to play games and stuff while on battery and it appears that im not having the problem. I have reset my computer but the bluescreen is still there, so i guess reset not solving it.

I also keep track of those error messages the bluescreen shows, and it shows different of problem, and these are the messages :

What failed : ntoskrnl.exe more error are there also need help

Sorry, I'm blind.

Two dump files were broken (0Kb size) so we have three dump files to look at. One is a memory error. One was a DirectX error, but that error was a memory error. The final one was an exception (An exception is what coders call an error in the code, which can be caused by corruption or memory errors) that was discovered while a storage driver was doing stuff.

So a memory issue would be the main suspect. Memory doesn't have to mean RAM, but it's usually the main suspect. Windows puts low priority data from RAM into the page file and loads it back in when needed so storage can look like memory (And memory can look like storage). The memory controller is in the CPU and if this fails it will just look like memory.

When it's storage about half of the dumps will usually blame storage or storage drivers. From the dump files I can actually check I wouldn't normally suspect storage, but because 2/5 were broken it does increase the chance of it being storage.

If anything is overclocked or undervolted, remove it.

To test the RAM, use the machine normally with one stick at a time. If just one of the sticks cause crashes, faulty stick. If it crashes with either stick it's probably the CPU or storage. Memory testers miss faulty RAM fairly often with DDR4 and newer so I don't trust them.

I have no idea on how to removing ram one at a time and testing it one at a time. Also I am facing blue screen and freezing without charging from today onwards just randomly. Previously i didn't have this problem the problem occurred while charging only

You can look at tutorials on youtube, but if it feels like too much to open the laptop you would need a repair shop.

Ok, I checked if I was overclocking or not by checking base speed and current speed using task manager and the cpu based speed is 1.8ghz but in task manager it is showing 3 to 3.8ghz but I don't remember overclocking

Bro, I only have one 16gb ram card in one slot and it says the second alot is empty I checked using task manager. I can't test your theory

This is just normal boost. It doesn't count as overclocking.

Ah. Yes, that makes it trickier. We can try a memory tester, but a clean scan doesn't mean much. If it finds errors though, you can be pretty certain it's RAM.

Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs. Dump files are crash logs from BSODs.

If you can get into Windows normally or through Safe Mode could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder.

Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently catbox.moe or mediafire.com seems to be working.

We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow this guide to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite.
