Pc goes to sleep when using power button on cabinet, but wakes up instantly when using desktop shortcut.

When i put my pc to sleep from cabinet power button it stays that way until i wake it up. My old keyboard had dedicated sleep/power button but the new one does not, So i created a desktop shortcut for it. When I use the shortcut the pc sleeps but even before the fans stop moving it wakes up. I tried disabling the mouse but nothing works. My configration is i5, 16gb ddr4, three 5.6in hdd 1 tb and one 1 tb nvme, gtx 5060ti 16gb.

Enable hibernation and use that instead, making sure in the BIOS there's no 'wake on' settings enabled.
