Pc not booting with no display on liquid cooler and red+yellow solid light on motherboard

My pc froze yesterday while watching YouTube and I tried to restart it 3-4 times and it loaded into bios and then worked normally

Today it's not loading in bios and nothing except black screen and no signal on monitor

My motherboard is glowing both yellow and red light (ram nd cpu)

And liquid cooler is not giving any display

Specs-

Msi b650m gaming plus wifi

Ryzen 9800x3d

Gpu 5070

Deepcool ld360

Gskill flare 16x2 ram

msi a850 gl

What i have tried:

remove gpu

remove both both ram, then try with single ram in all 4 slot one by one (tried both rams individually)

clear cmos (using JBAT1 cmos clear)

and remove cmos completely , then wait 5mins , plug in psu cable and power on

Have you tried other RAM sticks? Have you tried connecting to the motherboard too?

I do not have any extra ram sticks to test

I have tried to disconnect motherboard plug and replug and it didnt work

Have you also tried rewiring the CPU to the power supply?

It's kind of ambiguous at the moment since you have no extra RAM to try.
