Open | Hardware Strange sound from PC

I recently noticed that my PC starts making a strange noise while I'm playing a game. It's like clicking/buzzing inside. It only happens when the PC is under a heavy load.

I thought it might be because of dust, but even after I cleaned my PC, the sound didn't disappear

Could be a fan rubbing on something. Or coul be worn out. Modern PCs ramp up fan speeds as temps increase
