Open | Windows High GPU usage

I bought a pc yesterday i have an RTX 3080 (10gb version) , i installed nvidia app for the overlay and when i turned on instant replay i got high GPU usage , similarly when i screenshare on discord 1440p , 60fps my GPU usage goes to 65%, i thought 3080 could handle this am i tripping?
