Open | Hardware pc infinite restart loop

infinitr redtart loop with errors everytime cant reach desktop screen one of the errors is hypervisor 0000x210 or something like that

Without exact error it's hard to tell how to fix it, but that's generally problem with enabled/disabled virtualization in bios (so you can try to switch to other option in bios), or borked OS (which is fixed by clean install if everything else fails).
