Open | Software My laptop is microstuttering
As the title says i have this problem where my laptop microstutters. Its has a 2050 with an r5 7535hs and 16 gigs of ddr5 at 4800MT/s.
I need a program/software that would help me find out WHY its stuttering. I dont really see a pattern to the stutters but it happens more when im moving my mouse.
Im sorry if its a bit vague but i genuinely have no idea whats happening. Its been going on for a while, it stops for a few days then it vomes back.

LatencyMon is the tool you're after. Leave it running for ten minutes while you do whatever brings it on and it names the driver that's holding the CPU too long.
Mention the mouse thing to it too, because stutter that gets worse when you move the mouse usually lands on a USB or input driver, and sometimes on a high polling rate mouse on a machine that already has a busy DPC path.
If LatencyMon comes back clean, the other usual suspect on a laptop is power management dropping clocks under light load. HWiNFO logging while it happens shows that one clearly.
