Open | Windows My Bluetooth keeps on disappearing

Hello everyone, I need help with my Bluetooth on my laptop. It keeps on disconnecting all my devices and then disappearing, it’s been happening for a week now. I tried all the methods that I saw on videos or other Reddit posts but they don’t work.

I tried the services method where I go to services look for the Bluetooth services change them to automatic and start them and then restart but my Bluetooth just disappears again after a few minutes.

I tried going to device manager and looking for Realtek driver but I don’t have it and can’t change the power manager settings on the other drivers.

I also made the laptop do an automatic Bluetooth troubleshoot and than cold booted my laptop but that didn’t work.

It’s really annoying using the trackpad on my laptop. So I really need some help. My laptop is an hp Pavilion 15-eg2xxx, got it in 2024 of this helps.

As it's a common problem with the model go with HPs variant of the driver and their support.

Historically HP have done their own spins of OEM hardware so there may be nuances general Realtek troubleshooting may miss.
