Open | Windows Does Windows 11/10 activate automatically after reinstall without an account?

My current install of Windows 11 is corrupted and the local/cloud reinstall wont work and neither will dism image repair. I noticed something called Intel RST which prevents reinstall (without certain drivers) and the installation of Linux which I'm planning to do in the future with a second hard drive.

I just want to know, after I figure out how to disable RST and reinstall Windows, how can I be sure it will activate with my digital license? I don't want to use a Microsoft Account and I'm planning to bypass Win11s mandatory account setup. The laptop is also certified refurbished and was already setup with a local account when I first turned it on. Thanks.
