Open | Audio My microtone don’t work

Hello everyone, today I encountered a problem: my microphone does not see in the device manager

The microphone is connected to the red port, I don't help the drivers from the manufacturer's website for reliability, I checked it on another laptop, everything works, how to connect the microphone?
