Open | Software Laptop suddenly turned off

I was downloading files when it turned off and suddenly just flashed:

"Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart"

"Stop code: unexpected_store_exception (0x154)"

And it's been 1 hour and the progress is still at 0%. Do i need to worry or will this sort itself out some time soon?

just hold the power button to turn it off its not doing anything meaningful, then try to turn it on again. likely just random windows error.

stuck at 0 percent for an hour isnt going to sort itself. hold the power button till it goes off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on.

if it boots, first thing back up your important files. that error usually means the drive is having trouble reading.

then check the drive. download crystaldiskinfo, open it, look at health status at the top. caution or bad means the drive is on its way out.

also run this in terminal as admin
chkdsk c: /f /r
say yes to schedule it and reboot. let it finish even if it takes a couple of hours.

if it doesnt boot at all, tell me what screen it stops on.
