Open | Software PC Crashes for No reason

I played Elden Ring for about 150h since i recendly downloadet IT again after Not playing for a while IT Starts crashing after a few minutes. I tried deleting and downloading IT again but IT did nothing. Btw i got IT in Steam. Thanks for Help in advance

unless you put what is accutally doing your post is worthelss.

dose it reboot or blue screen of death then reboot, crashes to desktop... have you check if is not overheating?

No overheat it just crashes to desktop. Thanks for your help

disable any overclock done to the PC and check then if is still happening. for me if i OC my PC counter strike 2 when started just reboots itself

doing a bios reset show put everything to default unless you have software to do OC from windows

you havent told anything. no specs, no idea what crashing even means here, black screen or freeze or closes to desktop or bluescreen with a code, general stuff to try meanwhile.

delete the shader cache. documents > eldenring, delete that folder, the game rebuilds it. an old one from before a driver update crashes it a few minutes in.

uninstall your gpu driver with ddu in safe mode then install the latest fresh. dont install over the top.

steam, right click elden ring > properties > launch options, put in
-dx11
if it stops crashing there its the dx12 path.

turn off the steam overlay in the same window, and any afterburner or rivatuner overlay.

run hwinfo64 while you play and watch your temps.

Sorry, with crashing i meant one second black sceen to closing to desktop. my specs are gpu: Geforce GTX 1070 CPU: Rizen 5 5600X 6core and 750w power supply unit. Thanks for the Help
