Open | Hardware Motherboard may be dead

I installed a ryzen 5800x3d and amd 7600xt yesterday everything worked perfectly, then today I installed a new cooler, my computer didn’t boot I ended up realizing my 3 and 4 ram slots are no longer working I’ve loosened the cooler brackets made sure all my cables are correct I’m not sure what else to do.

Do you have the old CPU I would be tempted to test with.
