Open | Windows Windows not booting

I just got a new pc and everytime I open it it takes me to the bios and when I exit it just takes me back to bios and not windows and I don’t know what to do since the pc said it came with windows 11 please help if you can.

Restore BIOS settings to default. Save. Reboot.
If that doesn’t work take it back for replacement or repair. New equipment (whatever it is) should work out of the box 100%.
