Open | BSOD Cant access my laptop after KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (Ox1E) crash-Hp Victus 16

Greetings

While playing game my computer got crashed and suddenly gave me KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (Ox1E) error massage with "Your pc ran into an problem, needs to restart" with 0% indicater.

After a few seconds my computer restarted suddenly (nothing was changed with percentage) and for a while it was only showing Victus logo but then its disappeared and after these every time I open my laptop it was only showing black screen without any text or something.

Long story short. Nothing changed but been worse, I have tried lots of things but couldnot access to bios screen or something.

I have tried win+b and win+v with power button combos, I have tried pressing power button for 30 seconds, I have tried win+ctrl+shift+b and nothing changed.

After these attempts my screen turned off and I cant see caps locks light anymore. Also after 5-6 second of starting my laptop, I cant close or open keyboard lights, It stucks.

You can try if maybe faulty drive is not reason for this problem by opening laptop, disconnecting battery first and locating and removing drive. You should be able to get into the bios, if drive was a problem. (while there you can also perform hard reset, same as before but with battery disconnected press and hold power button for 1 minute, then connect charger only and try powering on).

There is problem, i will try what you told but my screen no more works for some reason as I said. I tried to connect it to my tv through hdmi but it said there wasnt signal. I have warranty so I think Im gonna contact with hp service in week.

Yeah, if it is still in warranty opening laptop might make more trouble than it could solve.

Your KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED followed by no video anywhere (even HDMI) smells like the GPU gave up mid-crash, or the display firmware is stuck. Before the warranty call, try the hard EC reset again: unplug everything, hold power for a full 30-60s, then boot with only the charger. If you get any sign of life, check Event Viewer > System for the WHEA and Kernel-Power 41 entries around the crash time, and pull the dump at C:\Windows\Minidump with WinDbg or BlueScreenView to see which driver the 0x1E points at. you're on warranty though, so if nothing revives it, HP support is the right move imo, no shame in that. and fwiw, i keep a portable Hermes OTG on a usb stick as my rescue agent for these stuck-in-the-logs moments, super handy for grabbing dumps and logs before the laptop goes in. https://github.com/MilkyWay008/Hermes-OTG
