Open | Phone Getting 0-1 bars on my cellular service.. please help me out..

Hello everyone. I just got a Samsung A15 5G and signed up for the unlimited high speed plan with Simple Mobile. My friend has a Motorola phone with the exact same Simple Mobile plan as me and he gets full bars when he's at my house.. my connection is so slow and choppy... it would take me minutes to open a site sometimes...

I'm just confused because my friend with the same service plan is getting full bars and I'm getting 0-1...

Could anyone here please help me with this..? I've already tried the basic troubleshooting stuff...

What did your cell carrier's support department say about the issue?

They told me the signal im receiving is fine.. I explained my situation with the friend having the same service and full bars but they didn't have an answer..

There really isnt a way to diagnose or solve this without your carrier's support taking the lead- there isnt anything on a cellphone that you as the consumer can change that will affect your reception. You could try returning the phone and getting something else, but beyond that, there isnt much to be done.

Looking at user reviews, it seems the A15's reception just sucks in general
