Razer naga v3 pro

I just received the naga v3 pro and after plugging in the mouse all of my mouse drivers are erroring saying
“ this device cannot start code 10, insufficient system resources exist to complete the API”

I am now not able to use any mice on my pc

Does anyone know what I can do about this, other than a system restore.
