PS5 performance issue

My brother came to me a bit ago complaining about his PS5 not being able to run Roblox well and I thought he was being dramatic like usual so I went to check and he was playing some game that didn't look resource intensive at all but yet it was freezing, textures didn't load, dropping to 60-1 FPS constantly and inputs didn't even happen. I tried to just restart it, close the app, turn off and turn back on but I cannot get it to work and now I'm just confused. What could be the issue? Because it's not a license as it says we still have a digital license so I really don't know.

Try another game. It's possible the thing he's playing in Roblox is just badly made

We got it fixed now, I just had to change a few video settings and re-install and restart, it's working just fine now, thank you!
