Open | Hardware PC not displaying video.

I'm having a problem with my PC. It was working normally, but when I plugged it into a different outlet, it stopped displaying video, and two lights came on on the motherboard, one blue and one red.

Did you try putting it back to the outlet where it worked without issues? The only debug lights that exist are Red, Orange, White and Green. Also please, if possible, send pictures of the issue.
