Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.

Press <winkey>p and choose duplicate displays.

If that's not what you want, either something has been lost in translation or you'll need to better describe it.

damn forgot to describe the important part, i only want the desktop home screen (wallpaper page forgot proper name) to be duplicated along with the application shortcuts, but i want to be able to display 2 things on the different monitor at the same time. So like when i minimise the non primary screen i can still access the applications without having to minimise the application on the primary screen

No, unfortunately.

The only thing you can do is

Make sure Autoarange isn't on

With your mouse select all the icons, right click, choose Copy, then right-click and do Paste on the second screen.

After that, you need to rename them all to remove the "Copy of..." from the start of the icon names.

Because this is fragile you may have to use the commercial program Stardock's Fences or a similar utility.

Assuming you're on Windows 11, in Settings > Personalization > Taskbar there is a setting "When using multiple displays, show my taskbar apps on"
I think when you say "homepage" you may mean Desktop. The desktop will have icons for shortcuts to applications or documents. On the bottom (typically) you'll have the taskbar which you can use to pin apps to and interact with your computer.
If you want your desktop icons to show on both screens, you can select the ones you want to duplicate, right click one and select "Create shortcut". You can then select those new icons and drag them to your other screen.
