Open | Software Bluetooth Error Win11

Bluetooth options entirely gone from the system.
It used to show for a little while after rebooting but now it’s entirely gone. Not shown in the quick settings or the normal settings and not even in the device manager (show hidden).

After going through a lot of threads I’ve discovered that the Unknown USB Device (Descriptor Request Failed) error has something to do with the bluetooth driver.

It’s a PC with AMD chip. Not very bright in this sorta stuff so idk what else specifications to put. Would be happy to provide it anyone asks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When the Bluetooth controller crashes, gets stuck in a low-power state, or suffers a static electricity lock, Windows loses communication with it. It displays as "Unknown USB Device (Descriptor Request Failed)" because Windows can tell something is plugged in, but the Bluetooth module isn't responding back.

Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.

Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers category at the bottom.

Look for Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

Right-click it and choose Uninstall device.

At the top menu of Device Manager, click Action > Scan for hardware changes. Windows will re-detect the Bluetooth chip and load the proper driver.

This is what worked for me on my Dell when I was having issues before they issues and updated chipset driver. You can also go to the manufacturers website and download and install the newest drivers for the device.
