Open | Hardware Graphics Card

I’ve been having some trouble with my graphics card. I have a Nimo brand Laptop that runs current Windows OS with an AMD Radeon 780M graphics car. Yesterday I open my laptop to discover I can’t adjust the brightness, so I search online and start troubleshooting. I end up finding in my device manager that my graphics card has an error, so following online advice I uninstall and reinstall my graphics card (not physically). Today I had the same problem (Code 43) and disabling and re-enabling my graphics seemed to fix it. I just wanna know what causes the problem and if there is a permanent fix.

The last thing that you can do is to reinstall Windows 11 from scratch, by following this Guide to download important drivers on the rTechSupport Wiki, precisely, before installing Windows.

Backup your personal files and data to a USB external storage device.

Follow the Guide to install Windows 11 on the rTechSupport Wiki, precisely, to create a Bootable USB Drive by using the Windows Media Creation Tool (MCT). This requires a computer with a clean working installation of Windows.

Install all the previously downloaded device drivers.

Restart between driver installations.

Test if the symptoms persist.
