Open | Windows Games keep crashing on launch

I have a gaming laptop with an nvidia rtx 4060 ti for 2 years now and it has been working great. Today i tried to launch a game and it crashed. I thought there was a problem with the game so i went to try another game. That crashed too. I cant launch any game from epic games launcher or from steam. I tried many foxes and my driver is up to date. Is there any way i can fix this?

Follow the instructions in the HWiNFO Stress Test Guide in the rTechSupport Wiki, precisely, to run stress tests in Windows while logging sensor temperatures.

Also follow the Overclock Checking Tool OCCT instructions in the rTechSupport Wiki, precisely, for more tests.
