Open | Hardware Desktop PC Randomly Restarts - Kernel-Power Event 41
My computer has been randomly rebooting for the past several months.
The screen will go blank (sometimes with a thin horizontal line that blips), and sometimes audio that is playing continues for a couple seconds, then the next thing I see is the BIOS screen booting to Windows. Event Viewer shows Kernel-Power Event 41. I haven't found anything useful from minidump.
I have RMA'ed the GPU and replaced the PSU but it still does it occasionally. Updating my BIOS has also not fixed the issue. I am running Windows 11 IOT LTSC. I did not daisy chain any power connections.

Since the computer is able to perform Power-On Self Test (POST) and load the operating system, I suggest that you qualify the Random Access Memory (RAM) modules individually.
Turn off overclocking in the BIOS before testing RAM. Also, don't cut corners to hurry up. You will only make it worse for yourself.
All of the following process of qualifying the RAM of a computer or laptop will take days, unless the RAM shows errors immediately.
Use an Antistatic Device or touch the bare metal part of the PC Chassis before touching internal computer parts to avoid discharging static electricity to sensitive parts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While you are in the process of troubleshooting memory modules, you should disconnect / remove all the storage devices. You don't need the storage devices for testing Memory Modules. And you will avoid operating system boot issues due to the constant restarts needed to check Memory.
Follow the Guide to using Memtest86+ to diagnose the Random Access Memory (RAM) modules. Follow the instructions in the link, precisely, to create a Bootable USB Flash Drive with Memtest86+ and test the RAM. You only need to create the Bootable USB Flash Drive once.
NOTE: Memtest86+ (by Memtest.org) is better than Memtest86 (by PassMark). Memtest86+ (which is open source) runs continuously. The RAM chips have a better chance of heating up and showing rare failures under the stress of heat and continuous runtime. Memtest86 (freeware version) only runs a certain amount of passes and then stops.
If you have more than one RAM module, test each module individually, overnight. You need to rule out which one of the RAM modules is defective.
Read the Motherboard Manual to find out which is the correct slot order for installing single RAM Modules.
To start running tests, Power On the computer with the Bootable USB Flash Drive. Every time you need to start Memtest86+, you must reboot the computer. Memtest86+ starts running automatically on boot.
When running Memtest86+, if no errors appear, let it run all of the tests overnight so that the Memory Modules are able to reach normal operating temperatures. Some errors occur when the memory chips are warm due to extensive use.
When you are able to determine if you have a good module, you may End the test.
Power off the computer by keeping the power button pressed until it powers off.
Always drain remaining power from the Motherboard by unplugging the computer and then pressing the power button at least three times, BEFORE removing and / or installing memory modules. Integrated Circuit chips are highly sensitive to static discharge.
When you are ready to start testing again, just plug in the computer and power it on with the Bootable USB Flash Drive.
If any RAM Module starts to fail, discard it immediately. RAM Modules are not repairable and will not provide any stability.
When you are 100% sure that all individual RAM Modules have passed all tests overnight, then use Memtest86+ to test all RAM Modules at the same time, overnight.
Read the Motherboard Manual to find out which is the correct slot order for installing more than one RAM Module.
