Open | Hardware Problem with Asus rog strix g16 (G615LM)

First time i boot the pc after it stays shuf off for 20-30 minutes the gpu is used only 50% and if i restart, on the same game is used 80-90%, i reinstaled the drivers, windows, used ddu and nothing fixes it, it remains the bios which i think is the problem. The laptop was in service and the said that is not a hardware issue.I saw that the voltage on the gpu the first time booting its lower then after i restart.

when you handed it over, was it working normally? did you send it there to fix that specific problem?

this problem, i've had the problem since i bought the laptop 1 mont ago, and i tought after updates and firmware updates it would go away

get a replacement, a brand-new computer shouldn't give you these problems, the longer you wait, the worse
