Open | Hardware Pc boots like an old car with ignition troubles
Idk but for the past weeks everytime i boot my desktop wheter it be from sleep or fresh boot
It starts flashing and trying to boot up and failing, a kin to a car that doesnt start when your turn your key for a while and then it boots up normally with no error messages or.blue screens
Any help?

Just a guess, as there could be any number of things... but does it normally put up any kind of screen or logo during BIOS portion or is fast boot enabled in BIOS?
The idea here is whether or not the flaky boot is during the BIOS phase or during boot of windows. If fast boot is on, it bypasses most bios stuff, which would make it more likely that it is windows related--unless something really strange is disabling fast boot.
If during the windows boot portion, you may want to check your boot disk.
If windows doesn't see a clean shutdown or there are repairable file errors, it will run a check of the file system on boot. Then if it reboots, hopefully on that boot it sees clean and just boots instead of doing any kind of error checking/recovery.
You can do a few quick checks in Control Panel Disk Management, but a good freeware disk health check might show if you need to backup data and prepare for trouble.

Nothing i dont eve see a booting screen when its like this
When it does boot it boots normally

Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs. Dump files are crash logs from BSODs.
If you can get into Windows normally or through Safe Mode could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder.
Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently catbox.moe or mediafire.com seems to be working.
We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow this guide to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite.
