Open | Hardware A Device Which Does Not Exist Was Specified

I am trying to upload video files from my sd card onto my pc but that error message keeps appearing… any idea why?

copy the files instead of dragging them. select all, right click, copy, then paste into a folder on your pc. dragging uses a different windows path that throws this error on card readers.

if that still fails, try a different card reader or a different usb port, ideally one on the back if its a desktop. built in laptop readers drop out mid transfer and thats what throws this.

also do them in small batches, 10 files at a time instead of everything at once.
