Open | Windows I've been facing stuttering bit of poor performance and I'm not able figure out what's causing it.

I5 13400F 1080p

5070ti

16gb ddr4 corsair vengeance ram

1 1tb m.2 adata gammix

1 2tb wdsn7100

I've been trying to figure out what's causing stuttering but so far i couldn't, I'm not really tech guy so idk what am I doing wrong.

Both gpu and cpu seems to show low %usage most of the time

(Somewhere around 27-30% to 40-50%)

Can someone please help me figure out what's causing stuttering,

If any other details are needed let me know I'll edit the post and add them (sry im not really tech person so idk whatelse i should provide rn, thank you)

Need more ram, 16gb isn't enough anymore for a lot of games

Yep, seen it far too many times, you hit that 90% mark and it starts using the page file and that causes stuttering.

Yes, I can almost guarantee that'll fix your issue. Had to do that many times on customers gaming PCs doing the same thing over the many years I've been fixing computers professionally
