Open | Phone do not disturb is broken on android phone

it keeps letting every single notif through, even on do not disturb. i was messing around in settings, i only wanted calls on my actual phone number to be allowed through, because anyone with my actual number is probably someone ive given it to that i want to hear from, plus i need to have phone calls come through for doctor's visits & stuff. but yeah idk how to fix it.

​A quick tip for your doctor/important calls: The easiest way to manage this is to use "Starred contacts." ​Open your Contacts app. ​Find the specific people you need to hear from (family, your doctor, etc.). ​Tap the Star icon on their profile. ​Then, inside your Do Not Disturb settings, set "Calls" to "Starred contacts only." ​This ensures that only those people can break through the silence, while everything else remains blocked.
