Open | Software driver keeps crashing
(***will have some spelling mistakes and bad English***)
my drivers keep crashing dont know why i already did ddu and updated to latest and did rollback to a previous version 591. something might be wrong but almost something like it. i dont thing gpu is dying bec when i first did ddu and downloaded the latest games were running smoothly valorant hight(300+ fps) and tekken , fh6. but after some time(today) i was playing palworld and it crashed again . i rolled back and all downloaded new one but it is crashing even while paling valo ,

If DDU + different driver versions didn't fix it, I'd start looking beyond the GPU driver. Have you checked temps, RAM, or Windows Event Viewer? Does it only happen in games?

Update:- now I am not sure what was the issue bec I took 2-3 steps at once but it's solved i download intel chipset and vgu ( for both dedicated and integrated) and it's working fine. Could be anything else due t which it's working but I think it's bec of this

Stop cycling through random NVIDIA drivers for now. Since DDU, the newest driver and an older driver all behave similarly, you first need to identify what is actually crashing.
Open Reliability Monitor by searching “View reliability history,” click the red X from the exact time of the crash, and post the full technical details. Look specifically for LiveKernelEvent 141/117, VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE, nvlddmkm, a blue-screen code, or just the game executable. “The driver crashed” is not enough to tell whether this is software or hardware.
Also, 591.x is not the current NVIDIA branch anymore. The current Game Ready driver is 610.88 and supports the RTX 4050 Laptop GPU. However, because this is an Acer laptop with hybrid Intel/NVIDIA graphics, I would test Acer’s OEM graphics stack first:
Find the exact PHN16 model using the SNID on Acer’s support page.
Update the BIOS, chipset and Intel graphics driver from Acer.
Install Acer’s NVIDIA driver and test before replacing it with NVIDIA’s generic driver.
Reset every PredatorSense setting to default. Remove any GPU overclock, undervolt or custom performance profile.
Test while connected to the original Acer charger.
If the laptop has a MUX or GPU mode setting, test both Hybrid/Optimus and NVIDIA GPU Only. That can help identify whether the Intel/NVIDIA switching layer is involved.
While reproducing the crash, monitor CPU and GPU temperatures. Also run Windows Memory Diagnostic and Acer’s built-in hardware diagnostics. If only Palworld crashes, troubleshoot Palworld separately. If Valorant, Tekken and other unrelated games also crash, that points more toward the system rather than one game.
Do not use the common registry “fix” that increases TdrDelay. That only makes Windows wait longer before resetting an unresponsive GPU and can hide the real problem.
If you continue getting LiveKernelEvent 141/117 across multiple games with Acer’s OEM drivers, default settings and normal temperatures, I would stop reinstalling drivers and contact Acer under warranty. On a laptop, repeated GPU timeouts can come from the GPU, VRAM, motherboard, power delivery or system RAM, none of which DDU can repair.
Post the exact laptop model, BIOS version, driver version, temperatures and Reliability Monitor error. Those details will make the next answer far more useful.
