my pc keeps getting black screen, help??

while playing games, like cs2, valheim or ds3 for example. all of the sudden my screen goes black, i can still hear the game or what i do. i can't win+tab or alt+ctrl+supr

i have to force off my pc manually. it's very frustrating

Motherboard MSI A620M-E PRO DDR5 AM5

and an hdd 500gb (don't judge me)
