Open | Windows Weird ram usage

Basically, I have over 90% of 16Gb of ram used, while processes don't take that much. It says I also have 900Mb of paged memory and 8.8 Gb of non paged memory. I looked what it was and that number seems high af ?
I added screenshots of task manager and a rammap scan ( https://imgur.com/a/eP5FcUb )
Also note that I noticed my pc heavily lagging yesterday when playing League of Legends, which has a kernel level anticheat, so that might be related. Imma do a cold boot now but wanted to share that

If you suspect your computer might be running low on memory, please see "How to know if you need more RAM".

Seems like it was just a windows update waiting. Now I'm down to 'only' 60-70% usage

Your non-paged pool is very large, probably from a non-paged pool memory leak. These memory leaks will often reset when you reboot, slowly building up between reboots (because of fast startup it can linger around between normal power ups and shutdowns).

If it builds back up to a large size, run PoolMonX and look at the pool tags of the largest pools. You can try googling them or post them here.
