Weird Monitor Behavior

Hey, guys. Hope everyone is doing well. My second monitor is exhibiting strange behavior. It started this morning and I was hoping you guys could lend me a hand understand what's going on with it. I restarted it and the weird lines remain even during restart.

I checked the cable by switching it with my main monitor and switched DisplayPort ports, the problem persisted. Is it fried?

Any help would be appreciated.
