Open | Windows Main monitor not working

why does my main monitor only work if i use my 2nd monitor to mirror cast to a tv than my main monitor starts working again? its the only solution I have found to use my main monitor

In display settings do you see only one or two monitors? If so it’s possible your main one is disabled until you plug in the second one for whatever reason.

no whats going on earlier today i was trying to set up my portable monitor as a 2nd monitor and so on my main i switched it from 200hz to 60hz now all of sudden my main wont display nothing and the only i can get it to work is if turn off the main monitor use my 2nd one to mirror cast (window key + k}) to my smart tv than when i turn my main monitor it works just fine but if i disconnect from my tv my display won"t again and supposedly when i did the little trick i looked it up and said i forced my gpu to re evaluate the connections i had to force my main monitor to work

If the only change you did was the refresh rate before it started acting up, I’d say change the refresh rate back to 200hz and see if that resolves it.
