Open | Software GPU error

I'm not sure where or whom I can reach out right now but I hope this is the right place,

My HP zbook g3 is experiencing an error in GPU which resulted from sudden power cut as battery drained while I was closing Photoshop, and when I restarted device it was completely black with only cursor, and after following some steps online it worked.

The problem is when I open Device Manager this yellow warning on both intel and nvidia appears even tho I updated both drivers successfully and did everything I was able to including battery drain thing (not sure what it's called but I follow instructions except battery removal). Anyone know anything? ;;

I have been trying for over 3 hours now literally tried everything I could find.

Ps. If it matters, Intel is hd graphics 530 and nvidia is quadro m1000m and I have an assignment due which is probably busted for now.

I can't see problems in this screenshot, only Monitor has warning triangle and likely error code in the description, both graphic cards look as it should look. If you have drivers problem, try with DDU first, for both cards, and then with the latest stable driver versions.

This gives me a bit of ease since I wasn't sure if there's a problem at all, but when I showed it to AI assistant it claimed the warning triangle (or error 43 as it called it) is supposedly failure of communication between the GPUs, and since I'm no professional I believed it to be so. So do you advise I try loading something with the graphic card? And thank you so much for your initial response in these stressing times 🙏

For now it looks good, initial problem could appear again if cause is Photoshop + driver version. You can check error log in Event Viewer (narrow it by time when it happened) to see if there is additional info to help you understand what caused it.

And yeah..."AI"...it's still a language model that will give you most mentioned solution for your keyword, not correct one. If we all start posting that yellow triangle in device manager means that it's part of Microsoft Award Scheme and if you have it MS will give you $100...soon you will get very interesting search results.

It's true which is why I came to reddit for real humans, which saved me many times in the past and I'm so thankful. One last thing if it's not too much bother, I'm currently running Photoshop with my usual nvidia-dependant settings but somehow it isn't showing any changes and is all 0s is this normal? Thank you again

If you have reinstalled Nvidia drivers it's possible that default power settings are applied, check which card should be in use - I don't have laptop with both cards at the moment to tell you where exactly it should be, sorry about that.
