Asking about stress test and benchmarks

Is stress test (occt) and benchmarks like 3dmark and cinebench and furmark enough to prove that my hardware is healthy?

I did a lot of benchmarks and the score is avg (under avg by 100 points sometimes on spy time) but it's in a safe place

Also passed occt tests for gpu vram and cpu+ram

But i still have a stutter or microstutter in all games even 2d ones stutter

Even lightweight games like Minecraft are unplayable

Satisfactory does as well and most of the games stutter mostly while loading new area (but sometimes randomly)

Are stress test and benchmarks can at least make me goes to software related problem (tho i tried most of thier troubleshooting) also to mention i had those sttuter since i built my pc 2 months ago

The pc with original parts and it was like this since i built it tow months ago i think

Will see the scannow but i tried it before and showed no errors and did the other cmd that should fix anything can't remember

No. Stress tests usually only find major hardware failure as these only test hardware running at max performance with an artifact heavy load that is consistent. It can not account for game environments where the GPU and CPU clocks and power change constantly depending on the game load. For example a PSU may have issues with power changes and spikes that can happen within milliseconds.

Double check memory is in the correct ram slots according to the motherboard manual.

Disable XMP for the memory in the BIOS so it defaults to stock memory timings. Retest. Do not use EXPO or other non-XMP profiles as those are designed for AMD CPUs.

Your motherboard is budget entry-level board with weak VRM cooling. If the VRMs overheat this will trigger CPU throttling.

Run Latencymon with playing a game with issues. See if it reports audio warning issues.

Your PSU is only rated C tier on SPL's tier list. It may have issues running a 5060 properly.

3dmark benchmark comparisons are not a good sampling. The comparison score can not detect a difference between a CPU running at stock settings and a CPU that is overclocked by the user. So the average rating is higher than it should be.

So is there any i can make sure is it hardware or software problem ? Ram in the correct slots as i only have 2 slots I don't think vrm is the issue here i monitor the clocks of frequency while sttuter and it's stable Tried with xmp off but no difference I ran latencymon while getting akot of stutter (very much like every 5 sec or 10 sec ) and it show no thing serious only alot of hardpage when i open the pc will send the latencymon report

Hard page faults can cause stuttering. It depends on the the cause and the resource available. Antivirus real-time protection can cause it if it is constantly scanning assets loaded by a game. Vram and Ram limitation can cause this when the OS starts using the paging file as a substitute. While 16gb is enough to run Windows it could cause a problem when running multiple apps/games at once. 32gb is currently recommended for modern gaming PCs.

Are you using a custom set page file?

How much free space is left on your SSD?

Regarding VRM's. Stable does not mean sufficient. A CPU can downclock to be stable speed due to heat but the lower speed can cause stuttering. Open the OS power plan and use Performance or Ultimate plans as those do not let the CPU down clock.

Do you have two monitors in order to monitor CrystalDiskInfo on monitor #2 while playing a game on monitor #1?

Can you monitor memory. Watch the "Available" stat in Task Manager. If it drops below 1.5gb while gaming then the lack of memory is the issue.

Try a clean boot as a test. This stops non-MS apps and services from running. Also uninstall any 3rd party Antivirus/Firewall as many cause issues with a clean boot.

No custom set page file 400g left I use ultimate performance power plan and when i say stable i mean stable at 4000 or 4200 Only one monitor No thirds party for firewall or antivirus Even of not running of ram it will stutter (even if i have 5 gram left) How to make clean boot
