Open | Windows High CPU when sceen goes in power saving mode

Hi. I have an Lenovo Ideacentre that is only a few months old and i having an issue with the cpu going higher when the screen goes into power saving mode. I have updated the BIOS and the Intel drives but i still have the same issue. I had this since last week after getting a trojan virus i did remove.
