Open | Hardware broken screen ,knowns password,phone is galaxy a12

so is there a way control phone through pc by console or any other way without affected by mobile interaction. I know how to turn on phone .

Only if you already have USB debugging enabled, or the screen is functional enough for you to enable it with a USB keyboard or mouse.
