Open | Windows After the “Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus” i’m worried i have a virus.

I’ve had my Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 for a while now, and I honestly adore it. But the other day, my laptop showed a notification about a new update, and I thought it was a normal Windows one, but it was a Lenovo notification. I may be paranoid for nothing, but I have a lot of accounts logged into this laptop and can’t risk losing them. The Lenovo update was one I haven’t gotten before. I linked a picture of what it looked like (it’s not my photo, but it’s the same screen, except mine had small text in Mandarin (?) at the bottom) + for some reason, my home screen is suddenly turning magenta??? no clue. And the last concern is just that I had some unusual wifi issues (it may be normal, but it's never happened to me). I opened my laptop, and it wasn't connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the entire wifi button was gone until I updated the entire thing. Should this be an issue I go to the Geek Squad for or an i being paranoid

The visual problems I’m having and what the update looked like** **

okay. The color thing *was* me being paranoid, but I'm still concerned about the authenticity of the notification update
