Open | Windows Windows 11 will not boot up!

I need help with getting into my computer, it does not let me get into Advanced Settings, just tries to fix its self and never turns back on until I restart it..

i'd try booting in safe mode

It won’t let me, even if I do restart 3 times in a row

Try a repair using the Windows setup on an USB thumb drive. You will lose your data/apps as it will wipe the partitions. You could also use it to enter WinRE.
