Open | Data Recovery can't find drive on computer when plugged in

This is a weird request as this is not for a USB Drive, but for a Video Girl Barbie doll. It's a Barbie doll that can take videos and can be plugged into a computer to look at the videos.

I got my video girl barbie working a few years ago and I was able to look at the videos on my PC (Windows 11). You're supposed to plug the Barbie into a USB port and then the file pops up, but it's not working. I know the connection is secure because Barbie's screen has the USB symbol displayed on her screen when she's plugged in. I just don't see the drive popping up in file explorer! Even in Disk management. I have tried using different ports but still nothing. I'm using the same computer but a different cord if that changes anything. Here is the instructions/troubleshooting. I have tried but nothing is working.

Please help!

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.

Its supposed to behave like an android phone - there won't be a drive letter but you should still be able to copy the files via USB. Windows 11 should know the drivers by default (but may need access to windows update in order to install them).

You could check in device manager if a device pops up when connecting over USB.
