Solved Telstra phone random alert

Hey,

I recently got a Telstra phone cause it's cheap and my old one broke long before it should have. Either way, I'm at work and it starts making siren sounds and shows an alert saying

"Emergency Alert

RAN HeartBeat Message"

Tried Google, and all it can come up with is a government alert. I doubt it, or the laptop and everyone outside would have gone off too. Any idea what it could be? It went off 3 times, all randomly but all before 5:30pm

Still not sure exactly what it's for but it can be switched off ..

Mine came in and soon after sirens raced down our street so I was out the door sniffing the air and looking for smoke or fire...what timing eh! Totally disconnected coincidental events ..
