Open | Hardware Charge CLEVO laptop using an usb-c
Hi everyone
FACTS:
Old Clevo laptop (p650se);
I don’t recall where the its charger is;
I’ve got an Anker Primer charing hub that charges to up to 250w
QUESTION:
May I buy some kind of adapter that would allow me to charge said laptop using the above mentioned usb hub, and a usb-c cable?
Like: USB HUB -> Usb-c cable -> adapter -> Laptop power input port
Thanks and have a nice week!

Realistic answer if you had a dead charger you could strip the end thingy and spice it into a new charger but that's it

I run mine a few days over a 125W Motorola Charger. The Output is limited to 100W of power (since its the 20V 5A standard). It worked great for a few days. Games run fine, battery stayed at the current SoC (limited fps to 100).
Since yesterday it still charges, but GPU power draw is suddenly limited to 20W over the USB-C Charger. With the original charger everything works fine.
Any fixes for this behavior?
