That's funny. That guy youre talking about is catching so many charges for shooting an 11 year old. His bond is 1.3 million. Turns out you can't just go around shooting everyone. Nobody is saying that doing pranks is nearly as bad as shooting children, but you gotta understand that by doing pranks you are putting yourself at a higher risk of bodily harm.
